The Dark Side of Teambuilding Exercises

You are a group of corporate employees (or university students or organisation members) who were herded to go to a company-wide conference hosted in a hotel in the middle of nowhere. After endless talks in front of poorly made multimedia presentations that desperately try to follow all of the branding guidelines, the day of team-building exercises has come. They want you to build marshmallow towers, run around blindfolded and make expressive drawings of the company’s values. You really don’t want to participate; you would rather have some fun with your friends. However your supervisors are closely watching you for any trouble. Soon enough, you find out that something is very wrong with this whole conference and you may be in real danger.
